I've been very lucky to learn from incredibly talented people throughout my career. Events, conferences, and the design community in general played a big role in that — they were places where I found inspiration, made friends, and got exposed to ideas that shaped the way I think and work.

Speaking is my way of trying to give something back. I don't do it often, but when the topic feels right and the audience is people who care about design as much as I do, I try to say yes.
